Successful Network Engineers will have :
- 3 years or more of network design and support experience
- Security CE
- GIAC Security Essential Certification (GSEC)
- Security Certified Network Professional (SCNP)
- System Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP)
- Expert understanding and application experience with BGP, RSVP, LDP, MPLS, and OSPF
- Experience with Fault isolation logic and techniques
- Layer 2 protocols and technologies : VLANs, RSTP, MST
- Extensive knowledge of Cisco, Brocade, and Juniper routers and switches
This role is 100% on-site in Herndon, VA. An active TS / SCI or above clearance is required to start. If you do not hold a polygraph, you must be willing to sit for a CI Polygraph. Strong salaries 100% healthcare (including family), 6 weeks PTO / holidays, 8% 401K, and more
