We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Sales Representative to drive revenue growth, expand our commercial client base, and support business growth through effective B2B sales strategies. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in B2B sales.

Responsibilities –

  • Planning and Business insight
  • Perform comprehensive market research to remain up to date on industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • B2B Prospecting : You’ll be meeting face to face with business owners and decision makers
  • Strategically negotiate and finalize commercial agreements, ensuring terms that align with client needs and organizational objectives.
  • Facilitate seamless collaboration between sales, marketing, accounting, logistics, and technical service teams to optimize sales efforts.
  • Partner with the Commercial Coordinator, Branch Manager, and Technicians to ensure the delivery of exceptional services to both new and existing clients.
  • Customer Service
  • Drive high levels of customer satisfaction by fostering clear communication and delivering effective solutions to challenges.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to address and resolve customer needs and concerns efficiently.
  • Conduct regular visits to existing clients between service appointments to strengthen relationships and ensure continued customer loyalty.
  • Proactively manage and expedite the resolution of customer issues and complaints to maintain trust and satisfaction.
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting
  • Prepare precise sales forecasts and detailed reports for management review to support informed decision-making.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify improvement opportunities and implement targeted corrective actions.
  • Drive commercial sales performance by meeting or exceeding established budgeted goals.
  • Design and execute strategic sales plans to enhance market penetration and achieve business growth objectives.
  • Closing Deals : expect to make lots of contacts, handle rejection, and continuously refine your approach as you work toward closing deals and securing new business.
  • Identify and secure new commercial customers through proactive outreach and traditional cold-calling strategies

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of B2B experience in service-based sales organization preferred (HVAC experience a plus)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Proven experience in commercial sales with a successful track record
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends
