What are the responsibilities and job description for the Water Project Manager position at Stanley Steemer?

We are seeking a Water Project Manager to provide exceptional emergency water services to our customers, while following company policies, procedures, and training. You will be extracting water, performing demolitions, and light construction tasks safely through effective communication and following Stanley Steemer's Policy and IICRC Standard.
$22 - 25/ hour, depending on experience
Requirements:
- Applied Structural Drying (ASD) Certification
- Experience working with mold and water
- Excellent communication and computer skills
- Customer service and relationship-building skills
- Willing to work a flexible schedule
- Valid, US driver's license. Clean, not necessarily perfect driving record
- Must be willing to undergo background check that includes your driving record
- Self-Motivated
- Experience using hand tools. Power tools preferred, but will train
- Attention to detail and the ability to work safely and efficiently
- Able to move/lift/push/pull/carry an average of 50lbs.
