Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic, dedicated individuals to join our dynamic underground telecommunications teams. If you are interested in earning a living while contributing to the growth of telecommunications infrastructure, this position is for you! The ideal candidates will have experience in construction and/or heavy equipment operation, but we are open to providing on-the-job training for motivated individuals. Positions may require travel during the week, with the possibility of weekend work.

Positions Available:
1. Foremen
- Responsibilities: Lead teams in the field, ensure safety standards are met, oversee day-to-day operations, manage the crew, and ensure project deadlines are met.
- Experience: 3 years in telecommunications construction, including leadership experience.
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, experience in managing teams, problem-solving, and customer service.
2. Drill Operators
- Responsibilities: Operate directional drills, mini excavators, plows, and other heavy equipment to install underground telecommunications infrastructure.
- Experience: Prior experience with directional drills, mini excavators, plows, or other heavy equipment
- Skills: Knowledge of machinery operation and maintenance, ability to work safely and efficiently under varying conditions.
3. CDL Drivers (Class A)
- Responsibilities: Safely transport equipment, tools, and materials to and from job sites. Maintain vehicle and equipment in good condition.
- Requirements: Must hold a valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record (minimum 3 years).
- Experience: Experience driving large vehicles and transporting heavy equipment is a plus.
4. Laborers
- Responsibilities: Assist with digging, trenching, site preparation, and general labor duties. Assist in operating equipment and laying cables.
- Experience: Previous construction experience preferred but not required.
- Skills: Willingness to travel and work in various weather conditions. Must be a strong team player with a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities Across All Positions:
- Provide outstanding service by ensuring the timely and accurate installation of telecommunications systems.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist in the training and development of new crew members as needed.
- Collaborate with team members, contractors, and engineers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding job status and issues.
Requirements:
- General:
- Valid Driver's License (with a clean driving history for at least 3 years).
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including outdoor work in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to travel and work occasional weekends.
- Foremen:
- 3 years of experience in telecommunications construction and team management.

- No experience required, but prior construction knowledge is a plus.
