Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various positions, adding clients in finding, hiring and retaining top talent
- Employ innovative sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of qualified candidates aligned with our supported skillsets.
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals to gain market intelligence.
- Work to submit candidates for client placements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and candidates from the interview process to onboarding.
