The work, and what you'll do:
This role seeks a Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain complex software systems across various domains (data analytics, real-time systems, business applications). You'll work independently or collaboratively, ensuring software quality through testing, troubleshooting, and contributing to efficient system design.
What you'll need:
- Technical BS and four (4) years of experience in similar roles with hands-on coding/programming (experience can substitute degrees).
Experience with the following:
- Full-Stack Development: You'll design, code, integrate, and document complex software systems
- Problem-Solving and Optimization: Your skills include debugging software, analyzing performance, and recommending improvements
- Technical Leadership: The ability to lead and collaborate effectively is crucial
- Algorithmic Expertise: Developing and implementing algorithms to optimize system performance is essential
Clearance requirement: TS/SCI with FS Polygraph (no clearance upgrades or CCAs). Please note, you MUST have the required clearance for consideration.
Location/telework: This is a hybrid role (16hrs/wk) with onsite work performed in Annapolis Junction, MD.
