Key Responsibilities:- Supervise daily cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure a safe and sanitary facility.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs for building systems, equipment, and grounds.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and address any hazards or deficiencies promptly.
- Develop and implement a maintenance schedule for HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and other key areas.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies and reorder, as necessary.
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or projects.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety and sanitation regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor to support the overall operations and mission of the center.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in maintenance preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility maintenance or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of building systems and safety standards.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and operate maintenance equipment.
- Effective organizational and communication skills.
- Capability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as climbing, bending, and kneeling regularly.
- Comfortable operating or cleaning maintenance equipment.

Key Responsibilities:- Facilitate care plan meetings and ensure updates are timely and accurate.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, providing resources for families and participants.
- Manage staff and volunteer schedules to ensure smooth operations.
- Supervise and support staff to maintain compliance with certification standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and community partners.
- Oversee participant admissions, assessments, and discharges.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, including emergency preparedness plans.
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor to support the overall operations and mission of the center.
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in adult day programs or vocational settings.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of adult day care regulations and certification standards.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Physical Requirements:

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
