This position is assigned to work 8 hours a day/5 days a week; eligible for leave accrual and full medical insurance benefits.
This position serves only the following schools: Albemarle High School, Albemarle Middle School, East Albemarle Elementary School, Central Elementary School, Stanly Academy Learning Center and Stanly STEM Early College
General Statement of Job |
In the absence of the regular classroom teacher, a substitute will help students learn subject matter and/or skills that are required for scheduled lessons and provide meaningful instruction for assigned classrooms. Hours and days are as needed and will vary. Stanly County Schools does not guarantee a minimum or maximum number of work days or hours for substitutes. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily.
