What are the responsibilities and job description for the Overnight Security Officer position at Stanly Ranch?
Job Description
As a Security Officer on property, you will be focused on monitoring and patrolling assigned areas to ensure we are providing a safe environment for guests and Team Members. This individual will also look to minimize opportunities for loss or damage.
- Patrol the property with specified equipment, check all designated points and document all actions taken.
- Ensure all guest room doors are secured; assist guests and residents with room access.
- Investigate suspicious persons on property.
- Conduct designated investigations into theft or lost items, noise complaints, assault complaints, food poisoning complaints, and other guest and resident complaints; complete documented reports.
- Respond to the scene of guest and Team Member accidents promptly; administer first aid / CPR; communicate specified information to E.M.S. / medical personnel as required.
- Report to scenes of guests or Team Members fighting.
- Comply with state regulations and property guidelines for handling intoxicated guests and residents.
- Resolve safety hazard situations and coordinate towing of vehicles.
- Rate of pay - $25.00 per hour
