Club Attendant (Full Time Year Round 2025)

The Nantucket Club Desk Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to club members and guests, managing the front desk, and maintaining a clean and organized club environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service
• Greet and welcome all members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Check in members and verify membership status.
• Register guests and collect appropriate fees.
• Promote club events and activities.
• Front Desk Operations
• Manage incoming calls and provide information to callers.
• Stock and sell supplies as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized desk area.
• Facility Maintenance
• Keep gym equipment, machines, floors, and locker rooms clean and organized.
• Track program logs for pools and fitness classes.
• Ensure towels are washed, dried, and folded.
• Security
• Be responsible for the safety and security of self and others.
• Additional Duties
• Complete any undefined work assignments as assigned by management.
  

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Equivalent of a High School Education
• CPR and First Aid Training
• Reception experience preferred
• Strong customer service skills
