We are currently seeking Bottle Loader/Unloaders to join our team at our Wisconsin facility.
Wage: $15.00 per hour
Shifts:
*Bi-weekly rotating shifts between 1st and 2nd shift
*please note shifts will run 4 days per week. Hours for 1st shift are 7am-3:30pm and hours for 2nd shift are 5pm-3:30am. The ideal candidate would be available to work both shifts in the full shift rotation.
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Unload bottles from pallets and load onto production lines
- Unload bottles from Production lines and repack into finished goods as per work instructions.
- Demonstrate and encourage team spirit
- Communicate any quality issues to Lead Hand
- Report any maintenance needs to Lead hand
- Ensure a clean and organized work environment
- Proved ideas and feedback to Production Supervisor
- Seek ways to improve production processes
- Interact effectively with all managers and co-workers
- Comply with all company policies
- Management of parts inventory.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High School Diploma
- Strong communication skills
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize
- Positive attitude with a focus on customers and co-workers
- Ability to adapt to a fast paced and ever-changing environment
- Excellent attendance is required.
Physical Requirements: This job is performed within a plant environment.
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, kneel and lift up to 50lbs repetitively.
- Ability to adapt to changing climate conditions, air-borne particles and noisy conditions.
- Must be willing to wear required Personal Protective Equipment.
- Must be able to work full time hours.
