We’re looking for a social media expert who can bring this unique perspective to life, amplify our reach, and drive meaningful engagement.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute social media strategies that amplify our brand, drive engagement, and generate leads.
• Collaborate closely with our editorial, marketing, and copy teams to package high-impact content for platforms like YouTube, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Create compelling multimedia content—video, graphics, and text—to optimize reach and impact.
• Implement growth strategies that increase our follower base, enhance engagement, and drive conversions.
• Analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize based on data-driven insights.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and social media algorithms to ensure our content remains cutting-edge.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in content creation and distribution.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 3-5 years experience with a proven track record of successfully growing and managing social media accounts in finance, investing, or related fields.
• Strong creative instincts with an eye for storytelling, branding, and audience psychology.
• Ability to repurpose long-form video and written content into high-impact short-form content.
• Familiarity with AI tools, automation platforms, video editing software, and social media scheduling tools.
• Data-driven mindset—able to interpret analytics and optimize strategies for growth.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work seamlessly with top-tier writers, editors, and marketers.
• Deep understanding of financial markets and investment trends is a strong plus but not a requirement.
