We are a construction company, Stansell Construction, seeking a skilled Warranty Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive customer service-focused work environment through effective communication, leadership, and technical expertise in construction.
- Manage warranty processes, leading cross-functional coordination with Project Managers and subcontractors, while maintaining strong relationships.
- Stay up-to-date with company processes, training programs, and software, and train team members on warranty processes.
- Manage warranty claims, ensuring prompt communication with customers and trade partners, and validate claims within warranty scope and timeframe.
- B build strong relationships with trade partners, holding them accountable for quality work.
- Ensure effective use of technology by collaborating with the Technology Team for proper implementation and training.
- Communicate proactively with clients, building trust through reliable, high-quality service, and resolve any issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or similar field.
- Experience with Construction Management software and Microsoft products.
