- Coordinate with dentists and hygienists to ensure efficient scheduling and communication.
- Prepare treatment plans and estimates for patients.
- Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits.
- Process patient payments and handle billing inquires.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Communicate with patients via phone, email, and in-person to address concerns and provide updates.
- Assist with front desk duties, including answering phone calls, greeting patients, and handling paperwork.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to improving patient satisfaction and practice efficiency.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in dental hygiene or a related field preferred.
- 1 year of experience in a dental office is a must.
