Your Opportunity
Experienced National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) planner and project manager with ability to guide projects through the federal environmental permitting processes from constraints analysis / scoping through regulatory consultations to environmental certification (FONSI or ROD).
Full-time position reporting to Stantec’s Santa Barbara, CA office. Position is eligible for remote hybrid work arrangement.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, manage the preparation, and review environmental impact documents and associated mitigation plans in accordance with NEPA such as Environmental Assessments, Environmental Impact Statements, and exemptions / exclusions and review technical studies and associated field surveys informing NEPA documents such as biological resources surveys and assessments, cultural resources surveys and reports, geotechnical surveys and reports, air quality reports, wetland delineations, etc.

Salary Range(s) :
The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible.
