Your Key Responsibilities
- Assists in writing proposals and establishing financial budgets
- Performs project contract drawing reviews (drawings, specifications, shop drawings, material submittals, etc.)
- Attends pre-construction meetings and document discussions
- Reviews and reports on project mock-ups
- Performs periodic site visits and utilize a site visit reporting system to identify and update action items
- Performs field testing to confirm building enclosure performance (water, air leakage, EFVM, infrared testing, etc.)
- Assists in small project management and coordination
- Assists in building condition assessments, concrete restoration, and building enclosure related projects
- Participates in continuing education
- Performs various office related tasks
