Your Opportunity
Are you passionate about creating intuitive and visually appealing web experiences? Do you have a knack for blending design aesthetics with technical functionality? If so, we're looking for a talented Front-End Developer / Web UX Designer to join our team.
In this role, you will oversee designing and developing user-friendly interfaces for both internal web applications and external applications like the stantec.com website. You will work closely with multiple teams to craft responsive and interactive web pages, optimizing them for speed, scalability, and a seamless user experience. Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with the design and development teams to create user-friendly interfaces for web applications.
- Translate design wireframes and mockups into responsive and interactive web pages.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Develop and maintain a unified design system for Marketing and Communication web apps.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve user experience.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in front-end development and UX design.

The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible.
