You will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the organization’s talent management strategy to develop, retain, and grow our workforce. As a leader within the Learning and Organizational Development (LOD) team, this individual will oversee and own the development initiatives in performance management, succession planning, the Global Career Framework, and leadership development.
