We are currently seeking a talented Sales Operations Analyst to join our Calhoun, GA location reporting to our SVP of Soft Surface Sales. The Sales Operations Analyst provides key support to the sales team, utilizing CRM and ERP software to optimize time & sales while enhancing customer interactions and streamlining sales processes. This individual must combine strong business process focus and customer-facing capabilities to bridge the gap between the systems and the people who use them. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
Responsibilities Include:
CRM Ownership:
Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce administration, configuration, and optimization.
Drive utilization of CRM, ensure adoption, execute all user training, and troubleshoot system issues.
Maintain CRM enhancement roadmap. Identify functional needs and support sizing of business impacts/opportunities.
Conduct regular audits of the CRM data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Sales Analysis:
Develop reports and dashboards to support Sales, customer success, and leadership decision-making.
Collect and analyze sales data from various sources, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Tableau, and AS400.
Identify trends and patterns in sales data to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Provide reporting and analysis to the sales teams.
Collaborate with the Commercial team to develop appropriate templates and reports.
Sales Support:
Assist in implementing new sales and marketing campaigns by developing segmented lists of target customers and tracking their engagement.
Create appropriate and timely presentation material for leadership team.
Interface with marketing and FP&A functions on sales initiatives and programs.
Support sales organization with programs and systems to reduce non-selling activities by salespeople.
Provide administrative support, including but not limited to maintaining and organizing information related to sales Reps, territories, and customers.
Qualifications Include:
5 years’ experience in a sales operations or business analysis role
Bachelor's degree in business, analytics or related field
Experience in flooring distribution preferred
Highly proficient skills required in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau (or similar data visualization tool)
Strong knowledge and experience in Salesforce CRM or similar CRM software applications; certifications preferred
Experience in data migration and data quality management within Salesforce
Effective planning and project management skills to successfully manage multiple deadlines and priorities effectively
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to deal effectively with internal and external contacts and work in cross-functional teams
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
