Shift: Day
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8-hour shift with rotating call.
The Laboratory Manager supervises all activities of the Laboratory Department. The Lab Manager shall prepare annual budget requests, and ensure quality care through adequate staffing, maintain appropriate equipment in good repair, maintain cost-effective supply levels, and by remaining current in proficiency testing and quality assurance monitoring. The Lab Manager shall maintain adequate departmental records and ensure that proper documentation, including patient charges, is appropriate for patients utilizing the department.
