What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Receptionist position at Stanton Family Clinic?
Family Medical Clinic seeks a full-time Front Desk Receptionist who is punctual, detail-oriented, self motivated, a team player, and excels in customer service.
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and a urine drug screening. An active checking account for direct deposit is also required.
Experience in a medical office is preferred but not required
Wage based on experience and to be discussed in person
Responsibilities:
- Provide medical administrative support by scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and coordinating with healthcare providers.
- Offer exceptional patient service by greeting and assisting patients, answering inquiries, and ensuring a comfortable waiting area.
- Utilize medical office experience to navigate EMR systems, maintain HIPAA compliance, and handle medical terminology accurately.
- Operate multi-line phone systems efficiently and direct calls appropriately.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth front desk operations and support the overall functioning of the medical office.
