Tower Climber Technicians Telecommunications
Stanton Hill Communications, Inc. an established telecommunications service provider, is seeking Tower Climber Technicians in the Virginia area. The individuals will be responsible for all aspects of tower maintenance, installation, trouble shooting, and testing.
Essential duties and responsibilities will include (but not limited to) Climbing and working on communication towers for the purpose of installing, replacing, and repairing antenna systems Perform tower maintenance under supervision Erection of various tower types
The successful candidate will have :
- Ability to climb elevated structures in excess of 100 feet with 50 lb. load
- Be able to work in adverse weather conditions
- Basic use and care of hand tools and mechanical equipment
- Adhere to all company, industry, and OSHA safety standards
- Some travel required
- A valid driver's license and be able to pass the Motor Vehicle Records check and criminal background investigation
- Experience is a definite plus but we are willing to train right person!
