KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in clinical settings
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Superior relationship-building skills
- Attentive to detail and precision
- Comfortable with technology and adaptable to new systems
- Eligibility to work in the United States (Work Permit/Green Card/Citizenship)
KEY RESPONSIBLITIES
- Extend warm greetings to patients and customers upon their store entry, identifying patient needs to ensure a smooth and memorable experience, while also promoting available products and services
- Address customers' inquiries, collecting necessary information to support sales processes
- Cultivate a robust partnership between the retail and professional services teams
- Efficiently schedule and confirm appointments, accurately input new patient history and personal data into the system, perform pre-tests (e.g., noncontact tonometry autorefraction, visual acuity, color test, stereopsis test, Amsler grid test, etc.)
- Collaborate with the Management Team to address patient complaints, ensuring prompt resolution and clear communication on job statuses to meet patient expectations
- Uphold brand standards by performing basic housekeeping duties when required
- Fulfill other assigned duties as needed to support efficient operations
