The office manager position is a good opportunity for someone who likes working in a growing small business environment. Our company consists of 5 administrative positions including a field manager, 2 job estimators, myself, and my business partner. We've been in business since 2016, employ about 35 field employees, and service well over 1000 clients. We offer landscape maintenance and snow removal services to residential homeowners.
The office manager plays the important role of being the first impression of our company. The ideal candidate would be personable, efficient, detailed with their work, and very comfortable with technology. When it comes to customer service, we always believe in being the bigger person in every situation, even to clients who wake up on the wrong side of the bed.
We are well-established but also constantly changing, improving, and growing. Whether it be technology or general operations, the ideal candidate would be able to adapt as we continue to improve the business.
The past few years we have handled the office manager position ourself. Due to the growing demands of the business, we are ready and excited to bring in some help.

Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8:30- 4:30
(some weekend work and extended hours are required during Winter snow storm season - December - March)
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and text messages using Zendesk our ticket management software
- Handle customer billing
- Resolve client issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Process accepted quotes and schedule services in our CRM Service Autopilot
- Schedule appointments for our estimators
- Process weekly payroll
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 3 plus years of experience in an office customer service role.
- Proficient with technology.
- Efficient typing skills.
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Ability to professionally resolve client conflicts
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
