We are seeking a skilled Automotive Repair Professional to join our team at Star Auto Group. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicles in a timely and efficient manner.
- Examine and diagnose vehicle issues using advanced technical knowledge and diagnostic equipment.
- Discuss repair options with shop foremen or service advisors to ensure accurate and cost-effective solutions.
- Communicate additional service requests to service advisors to provide exceptional customer service.
- Plan work assignments in cooperation with shop foremen to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Provide labor estimates to service advisors to ensure transparency and accuracy.
- Maintain strict adherence to dealership policies on vehicle care and operation to guarantee quality and safety standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1-3 months related experience and/or training in automotive repair.
- A valid operator's driver's license and state inspection license.
