What are the responsibilities and job description for the Ford Asset Graduates position at Star Auto Group?
The ASSET Program – Ford
The Ford ASSET program is the only program with a paid internship allowing you to earn while you learn. Students alternate for size to eight weeks in the classroom and six to eight weeks with their sponsoring Ford or Lincoln dealer over a two year period. At the end of the two years, they earn an Associate's Degree and valuable in-dealer experience.
Earn up to 100% of Current Ford Service Technicians Specialty Training STST in Classes such as :
- Gasoline Engine repair and performance
- Steering and suspension
- Electrical Systems
- Climate control
- Manual Transmission
- Automatic Transmission
- Brake Systems
- Diesel Engine Repair and Performance
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or GED (general equivalency diploma); or 1 to 3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Operator Driver's License
Compensation
Compensation is based on experience and commensurate.
