The Role :
We are currently seeking a Safety and Quality Assurance Manager to join our team! In this role you will build and maintain a strong safety culture that will ensure we are compliant with all applicable safety rules and regulations. You will also provide quality awareness and support to both our Sparta and Chippewa Falls locations.
Key Safety Responsibilities :
- Review and update policies to ensure compliance and protect employees
- Conduct safety training sessions for all employees
- Investigate and document any workplace accidents or injuries
- Oversee employee safety committee
- Complete mock audits to ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and HACCP
- Manage communication and record keeping as it relates to audits
