What are the responsibilities and job description for the Environmental Services/ Housekeeping Technicians position at STAR BUILDING SERVICES?
We are seeking 2 employees to work from 5:00pm-8:00pm at least 5 days a week( start times vary from time to time with additional compensation) with 2 weekends per month required.
This building is open 7 days. Duties include trash collection, sanitizing surfaces, vacuuming, dust mopping, wet mopping, auto scrubber, dusting, glass cleaning, sanitizing restrooms etc.
Own transportation required.
Qualifications
- Cleaning and sanitation experience
- Knowledge of environmental services practices
- Previous janitorial, hospital, or custodial experience preferred
- Familiarity with floor care and commercial cleaning techniques
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
Punctuality and dependability a must.
Positions available immediately. Must have clean criminal history.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 21 per week
