Job Summary
As a warehouse and logistics coordinator, you will provide essential support to the operations team. Your day-to-day responsibilities are critical to ensure a sound delivery of our products to the customers. You will be part of the team that helps the company to establish a robust inventory management system. Star Charge is looking for someone who enjoys teamwork and wants to have a rewarding career in our Columbus facility. This position is an on-site position and will report to the Production Manager.
Your Main Responsibilities
· Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
· Manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment of orders
· Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures to optimize productivity.
· Perform inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
· Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and records
· Support operations approval processes /payment/ paperwork
· Manage Spare Parts inventory ;maintain safety stock; conduct weekly report of stock level.
· Work closely with supply chain department in material purchasing.
Required Education and experience.
· High School diploma
· 1-3 years of related experience working in a warehouse or an OEM factory setting
Required Skills and Knowledge
· Inventory management systems experience
· Ability to operate a manual and/or powered pallet jack or lift.
· Knowledge of workplace safety regulations.
Preferred Skills and Certifications
· SAP proficiency.
· Forklift certification.
Required physical requirements.
Ability to lift 50lbs.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
