What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fulfillment Associate position at Star City Comics & Games Inc?
Fulfillment Associates are responsible for picking orders in the warehouse, verifying the accuracy of orders, packing and labeling orders for shipment, and handling various needs of our physical inventory.

Essential Duties:
- Participate in the order fulfillment process
- Verify the accuracy of fulfilled orders
- File cards into the warehouse
- Pack and label orders
- Miscellaneous tasks as assigned
Work Environment, Physical, and Mental Demands:
‘Regularly’ indicates this action would generally occur for over 5 hours each shift.
‘Frequently’ would generally occur for 2.5 to 5 hours each shift.
‘Occasionally’ would occur periodically but is necessary to complete essential duties.
- Regularly must stoop, bend, kneel, reach, and maintain full dexterity
- Regularly required to utilize finger and hand dexterity with repetitive motion tasks
- Frequently required to stand for long periods of time
- Frequently work in a warehouse environment with hazardous equipment, moving material handling equipment, obstacles, and high volume activity
- Frequently must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds for short distances
- Frequently required to continuously walk
- Occasionally required to sit for long periods of time
- Occasionally use a keyboard and mouse
- Work environment often has airborne dust particles
