Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Manage floor care tasks such as sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing various types of flooring.
• Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are clean and fresh for client use.
• Maintain housekeeping management practices to ensure efficiency and high standards of cleanliness.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning sessions.
• Carry out custodial duties in common areas, ensuring they are clean and well-maintained.
• Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning supplies and equipment.

Experience

• Previous experience in residential cleaning or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Experience in floor care techniques and knowledge of various cleaning products is beneficial.
• Background in hotel housekeeping or custodial services is an advantage but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $109.59 per day

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• No nights

Ability to Relocate:

• The Woodlands, TX (Montgomery County): Relocate before starting work (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
