Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the scheduling and dispatching of deliveries to ensure timely and efficient routes
- Monitor real-time delivery progress and provide updates to customers and internal teams
- Communicate with drivers to ensure timely pick-ups and deliveries, addressing any issues that arise
- Maintain detailed records of deliveries, including tracking information and delivery status
- Assist in optimizing delivery routes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure orders are prepared and ready for shipment on time
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any delivery-related issues or concerns
