Inventory Auditor

We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Inventory Auditor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting regular audits of inventory, ensuring that stock levels are accurate and discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly. Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will be essential in maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting overall warehouse operations.

Hourly Rate: $28

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure stock levels match physical counts and system records
• Identify discrepancies in inventory and work with relevant teams to investigate and resolve issues
• Reconcile inventory data in the warehouse management system and update records as needed
• Prepare detailed audit reports and document findings for management review
• Assist with cycle counts and periodic full physical inventories
• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure proper storage, handling, and organization of inventory
• Monitor inventory movements, including receiving, stocking, and shipping, to ensure accuracy
• Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to minimize errors and losses
• Provide support during audits and inspections by internal or external parties
• Recommend process improvements based on audit findings to optimize inventory accuracy and efficiency

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in inventory auditing, warehouse operations, or supply chain management
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and inventory records
• Proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills to address and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
