Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and assisting with shipping duties to ensure that customer orders are processed quickly and accurately. Primary Responsibilities:
- Select products from warehouse shelves based on customer orders
- Securely package items for shipment, ensuring they are properly protected and labeled
- Double-check order details to ensure all items are correct before packing and shipping
- Assist in preparing shipping documentation, including labels and tracking information
- Collaborate with the shipping team to ensure timely dispatch of orders
- Keep the packing area neat and organized, restocking materials as needed
- Support inventory management by ensuring shelves are stocked and maintained
- Assist with processing returns and restocking items as necessary
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe and secure working environment
