We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing customer orders from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that all orders are picked, packed, and shipped in compliance with company standards. Your focus on efficiency and accuracy will be key to ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting fulfillment goals.
Hourly Rate: $28
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Processing: Review customer orders, ensuring all items are correctly listed and ready for fulfillment.
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick and pack products for shipment, ensuring items are handled with care and securely packed to prevent damage during transport.
- Inventory Management: Assist with tracking inventory levels, restocking products as needed, and ensuring accurate inventory records.
- Shipping Coordination: Prepare orders for shipment by labeling packages, verifying shipping information, and ensuring timely dispatch.
- Quality Control: Perform quality checks on products and packaging to ensure they meet company standards before shipment.
- Customer Communication: Address any customer inquiries or concerns regarding their orders, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all orders processed, including shipping documents and tracking information.
- Team Collaboration: Work with team members and other departments to meet daily fulfillment goals and ensure a smooth flow of operations.
- Work Area Maintenance: Keep the order fulfillment area clean and organized, adhering to all safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in order processing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Basic computer skills for processing orders and tracking shipments.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Prior experience in order fulfillment, warehouse, or logistics is a plus, but not required.
