Primary Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from inventory based on customer orders
- Pack products securely to ensure they are protected during shipping
- Verify order details, product quantities, and conditions before packing
- Label and prepare packages for dispatch with the correct shipping information
- Maintain an organized and clean work area to enhance efficiency
- Assist with inventory management and restocking as necessary
- Collaborate with other warehouse staff to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills for using order management and tracking systems
- Team-oriented and reliable, with strong communication skills
- Previous experience in order picking, packing, or warehouse roles is a plus
