We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Packaging Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for packaging products efficiently and securely, ensuring that all items are prepared for shipment while maintaining high-quality standards.
Hourly Rate: $28
Primary Responsibilities:
- Accurately package products, selecting appropriate materials to ensure safe delivery
- Inspect products for quality before packaging to ensure they meet company standards
- Organize and label packages for shipment, ensuring correct shipping information
- Maintain an organized packing area to ensure a smooth workflow
- Assist with inventory management by checking stock levels and helping with restocking when necessary
- Collaborate with the shipping team to ensure timely and accurate shipments
- Follow all safety guidelines and packaging procedures to prevent damage during transit
- Ensure packaging materials are properly stocked and available for use
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures accurately
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills for tracking orders and managing inventory
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Previous experience in packaging or warehouse roles is a plus
