We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping Operations Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient packing, shipping, and organization of products, while maintaining accurate inventory records. Your focus on accuracy and efficiency will play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of our shipping department.
Hourly Rate: $28
Primary Responsibilities:
- Pack products securely to ensure safe delivery, following all established packaging guidelines and procedures.
- Label and tag shipments correctly to avoid confusion or delays during transit.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure that all products meet company standards before dispatching.
- Complete all required shipping documentation and inventory records accurately and on time.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to maintain an organized and efficient storage system for quick retrieval of products.
- Maintain a clean and organized shipping area to promote safety and productivity.
- Assist with inventory control, restocking, and managing stock levels as needed.
- Prepare shipments for both domestic and international delivery.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Basic computer skills to operate shipping and inventory management software.
- Dependable, team-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
