We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Logistics Planner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing the supply chain process to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
Hourly Rate: $28
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for efficient supply chain operations, focusing on cost reduction and timely delivery
- Analyze inventory levels and coordinate product flow to meet demand while minimizing stockouts and overstocking
- Work closely with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve any supply chain issues
- Monitor and forecast supply chain performance, adjusting plans as needed to ensure efficiency
- Collaborate with production, warehousing, and logistics teams to optimize scheduling and distribution
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide reports on supply chain metrics
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Continuously assess and recommend improvements to supply chain processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and experience in forecasting and inventory planning
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and data analysis tools
