Warehouse Associate

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the warehouse, including organizing and managing inventory, preparing orders for shipment, and ensuring the warehouse remains orderly and efficient. Your contributions will be essential in maintaining smooth operations and delivering products to customers on time.

Hourly Rate: $28

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Assist in the organization and tracking of stock to ensure that all products are properly stored and easily accessible when needed.
• Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack orders accurately, ensuring items are carefully prepared and packaged for shipment.
• Shipping Support: Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring they are correctly labeled, packed securely, and ready for timely dispatch.
• Receiving and Sorting: Receive deliveries, inspect items for quality and accuracy, and properly store them in designated areas within the warehouse.
• Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean and well-organized warehouse, ensuring products are neatly arranged and stored according to safety standards.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and assist with other warehouse duties as required.
• Inventory Audits: Help conduct regular inventory counts and assist with stock replenishment when necessary.
• Safety Protocols: Follow safety guidelines and ensure a safe work environment by keeping the warehouse free from hazards.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
• Basic computer skills to track inventory and manage orders.
• Ability to lift and move products safely and efficiently, as required.
• Team-oriented, reliable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
