We are seeking an experienced and proactive Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse activities, ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining high standards of safety, and optimizing operational performance.
Hourly Rate: $28
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise warehouse staff to ensure productivity and accuracy in daily operations
- Coordinate inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipment preparation
- Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Monitor safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Organize and maintain inventory storage to optimize space and ensure easy access to products
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse activities
- Provide training, support, and feedback to warehouse team members to enhance skills and performance
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in warehouse operations or a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory software
