Hourly Rate: $28
Primary Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff to ensure efficient and accurate operations
- Coordinate inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
- Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping of all warehouse transactions
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse layout and workflows
- Track and report on key performance metrics to ensure productivity targets are met
- Provide training and guidance to warehouse team members to improve skills and performance
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipping
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in warehouse management or similar leadership role
