We are seeking an experienced and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations and lead a team of warehouse associates. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient workflows, maintaining safety standards, and supporting the team in achieving operational goals.
Hourly Rate: $28
Primary Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Lead and motivate a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance and support
- Monitor productivity, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and to high standards
- Ensure safety protocols are followed and maintain a safe working environment
- Organize workflow and optimize space and resources for improved efficiency
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess team and operational performance
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and order fulfillment
- Train, coach, and evaluate team members to improve performance and productivity
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Proven experience in warehouse operations or team leadership
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems and basic computer applications
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations
