Full Time Dental Billing Coordinator Schedule:
Monday & Wednesday 7:45am-5pm
Tuesday 6:45am-4pm
Thursday 6:45am-2pm
and Friday (Once Per Month): 6:45am-1pm

Responsibilities
- Billing to insurance companies
- Account Receivables (A/R) - insurance and patient
- Accurately post insurance payments to patient accounts
- Ensure balanced deposits
- Send balance letters to patients
- Coordinate patient payment arrangements
- Notify collections agencies of delinquent accounts
Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Minimum of 2 Years working in a General Dental Practice with the responsibility of managing dental insurance claims and dental billing
- Experienced with Insurance Verification & Coverage Table Management
- Experience with practice management software (Dentrix preferred)
- Understanding of dental terminology and applicable dental codes
- Must be familiar with entering & updating payor fee schedules
- Managing Patient AR and working with Collections Agencies on outstanding balances
- Entering Treatment Plans, Case Presentations a plus
- Computer proficiency and ability to learn new programs
- Exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with a team
