Responsibilities
- Insurance Verification
- Front Desk Registration & Check Out in Dental Practice
- Managing Emails and Appointment Leads
- Answering Multiple Phone Lines
- Building & Managing Multiple Provider Schedules
- Appointment Confirmations
- Account & Chart Reviews
- Treatment Plan Preparation and Presentation
- Posting Payments
Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- 2 or more years dental front office experience, including insurance verification and treatment planning, required
- Cross trained as a Dental Assistant preferred
- Computer proficiency and ability to learn new programs, preferrable Dentrix preferred
- Exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with a team
