Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM; Wednesday 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM (closed 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM for lunch)

Position overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Dentist to join our team. This is a solo practice with no associate dentist, offering a flexible transition plan due to the full retirement of our founding dentist, Dr. Russell Nelson.

Our practice skillfully provides all general dentistry services, including fillings, crowns, root canals, veneers, implant restorations, whitening, wisdom tooth extraction, dentures, and more. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a wide range of dental services, including general, cosmetic, restorative, emergency, orthodontic, pediatric, and periodontic dentistry.
• Continue to uphold our reputation for clinical excellence
• Lead a team of dedicated professionals
• Create a supportive and positive work environment

Office Details:

• High performing office
• Total number of operatories: 6
• Dedicated treatment chairs: 2-3, depending on preference
• Dental Hygienist 1 with room to add 1 additional
• Dental Assistants: 2
• New Patients per Month 15-20
• Digital x-ray, Digital Scanner
• PMS: Dentix
• Payer mix: FFS 60% -PPO40%
• Excellent Office Leadership

• Potential to earn in the 90^th percentile for dentist income for an experienced candidate

• DDS/DMD degree from US accredited dental school or residency program
• Active Texas dental license prior to start date
• Active Federal DEA and applicable certifications
• 5 plus years professional clinical experience  required
