Associate Dentist Opening : Full Time
Schedule : Tuesday - Thursday 7 : 40 - 5 pm, with potential of adding 1-2 Fridays per month

DDS / DMD degree from US accredited dental school or residency program
Active Louisiana dental license
Active Federal DEA and applicable certifications
2 or more years professional clinical experience
