We are seeking a new Full Time Experienced Expanded Functions Dental Assistant to join our community of collaborative, high-quality clinical, business and operations professionals.
Full Time Experienced Expanded Functions Dental Assistant Schedule:
Tuesday through Thursday 6:30AM - 3:30PM and Friday 6:30AM -2:30PM

Responsibilities
- Assist the Dentists chairside
- Welcomes patients
- Prepares patients for treatments or checkups ensuring comfort
- Selection and setup of instrumentation, equipment and other dental materials as needed
- Instrument sterilization according to regulations
- Maintains accurate patient records
- Lab tasks as instructed
- Provide post-operative care instructions
- Maintain clean and stocked operatories
Qualifications
- Experienced Expanded Functions Dental Assistant with a required minimum of 4 years of experience assisting a general dentist in four-handed dentistry
- Experienced with taking X-rays, minor & major restorative procedures, taking impressions for dentures-crowns & bridges, fabrication of temp crowns, charting, treatment planning and OSHA & HIPAA Policies
- Dental Assistant training/school certification
- Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods
- Understanding of health & safety regulations
- Experience with digital software, Dentrix preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills
