Star Dental Partners is currently seeking a Head of Dental Practice Marketing to lead the marketing function across the organization. The Head of Dental Practice Marketing will focus on increasing patient attraction and retention, optimizing spend, and scaling the department as the organization grows. As a critical member of the leadership team, the Head of Dental Practice Marketing will cross-collaborate with all support center departments and have regular interaction with C-Suite colleagues and our private equity partners.

Responsibilities
- Creates and executes innovative and strategic branding initiatives representing individual dental brands and delivering significant business impact.
- Advocates for brand marketing investments that create sustainable marketing impact and business growth.
- Utilizes data to recommend effective strategies for KPI improvement.
- Collaborates with cross-functional leaders and interacts directly with partner dentists, operational team members, c-suite leadership, and private equity partners.
- Oversees all advertising and promotional activities for the organization.
- Provides oversight and recommendations for the department’s operating budget.
- Gathers and analyzes information to identify new markets and customers, demand for products and services, and efficacy of existing marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in the market; identifies needs for new products and services and makes recommendations to leadership.
- Composes, develops, evaluates, and conducts training on marketing activities, strategies, and policies.
- Negotiates contracts for services needed to execute marketing strategy.
- Plans and implements web-based marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Collaborates with web development and design teams; provides guidance on marketing-related aspects of the company’s web presence.
- Develops and expands company’s web presence through social media, email, web advertising, and other online sources; promotes company brand through these channels.
- Drafts, implements, maintains, and revises online marketing campaigns to drive sales and revenue to the company.
- Collaborates with web design, development, and content staff to monitor and improve search engine optimization (SEO) results for the company’s sites.
- Cross collaborates with support center teams to develop branding messages.
- Collects and compiles customer feedback in an easily reviewed and understood format for review by company management and leadership.
- Collects and maintains sales records required to track, review, and modify performance of marketing initiatives.
- Forecasts and analyzes sales trends, marketing strategies, and product performance; prepares and presents reports summarizing information; makes recommendations based on analysis.
- Develops and distributes materials related to sales, training, and marketing.
- Creates and executes corporate communications and branding in various online and print platforms.
- Oversees the development and maintenance of all websites, including ease of navigation and clarity of information; ensures that all content is current, relevant, and consistent with branding.
- Identifies and capitalizes on opportunities to promote and positively represent the organization through internal and external communication and events.
- Leads and grows a team of marketing professionals, supporting department strategic plans and development.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Public Relation's preferred.
- Minimum eight (8) years of multi-site healthcare or retail related marketing experience required, dental experience preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Analytics.
- Ability to maintain a full-time employment schedule of approximately 40 hours per week; extended hours may be requested or required.
- Candidates local to Plano, TX 75024 preferred.
