Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Part Time Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our caring team. As a valuable member of our team, you will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with patients, ensuring a comfortable and positive experience. Your responsibilities will include screening patients, providing quality care during check-ups, educating patients on oral hygiene techniques, reviewing patient history, and administering prophylactic treatment by scaling and polishing teeth. Additionally, you will support the dentist with procedures as needed and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must be licensed as a Dental Hygienist in the state of Tennessee, possess strong communication skills, and have a compassionate, patient-focused approach. Current BLS/CPR certifications and annual OSHA, HIPAA, and Infection Control training are also required. A minimum of one year of RDH clinical experience, knowledge of perio health, and comfort with patient education and gum therapy are highly desirable. Experience with dental practice software is also beneficial.
